Email Confirmation - Resend

You might have users who didn't realize they needed to confirm their email address or it might have been lost in their spam folder. You can simply resend and help them gain the access they need by following these steps...

 

1. Go to your custom Content Management URL <yourcompanyhost>.channeleyes.com/manage/organization

MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED OUT

2. Select "forgot your password?" under the password field

3. Select confirmation email on the right-hand side

4. Enter the email address that the user used to setup their account 

5. Alert them that you have resent the confirmation email

 

Ensure the user both enters 

charlie@channeleyes.com

into their safe sender's list and/or check their spam folder. If the problem still occurs send an email with your data and problem to support@channeleyes.com

to open a ticket on your behalf.
